1. PREMIUM WOLDWIDE SHIPPING FROM EU & US
All our orders are shipped out with DHL, UPS, FedEX and DPD. We partnered up with on of the best printing companies in the world. They make it possible for us to ship our artworks worldwide and still keep high quality artworks. The art studio is based in Barcelona/Spain.
2. HOW LONG DOES THE SHIPPING TAKE?

- No delivery to P.O. Boxes
If you ordered to a P.O. BOX and can't receive the package, you need to contact us here. We can always send it to your family or friend instead. When we have the new info we can update the shipping information to the shipping carriers so they can change the receiver/address.
The art prints are rolled and shipped out in a thick and protective cardboard tube to protect them against damages (no frame included). The canvas art is shipped "ready to hang" right out of the box. Our clothes, accessories, sleeves and flags are safely packed and sent on the trip. All our packaging is environmentally friendly.
4. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will first get a email where we confirm your order is paid and ready to be shipped out. After the first email you will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Just double check to make sure it didn't land in your Junk folder, as emails sometimes end up there by accident. If you did not get any email with a tracking link or there is no tracking updates, please send us an email with the name or email you made the order with here and we will help you to track your order.
5. HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
The fulfilment takes between 1-3 business days depending on how many orders we have + the shipping time 3-14 business days, shipping time depends on destination. It's important to keep in mind that we are printing these orders on request, not sending out items from printed stock. So it does take us a couple of days extra to get everything ready.
Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

7. HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
Register your return via our Help Center. After registration you will receive an email containing instructions and address details. You are responsible for postage and shipping/custom costs. Your return package must be well-protected.
8. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All customers according to the Spanish law have 14 days to regret their buyings. The 14 days starts from the day you pick up the product. We will refund the amount back to you within 14 days after your cancellation. The product you wish to return must be returned to us within 14 days after you're cancellation. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it. All costs related to the return (shipping and customs) will happen on your own account. Contact us here to get the address for shipping back your order.
Note: All orders that are bought on SALE or a coupon code over 10% off are not included in our return policy at atelier.studiosugo.design. The return policy is not included if the artwork you bought is SOLD OUT or SALE at atelier.studiosugo.design. We do not accept returns on custom orders.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We do not accept returns for change of a design.
9. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?Yes, you can cancel your order! If we haven't started with fulfilling your order you can cancel it (fulfilment takes 1-3 days).
10. WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T COLLECT MY PACKAGE?
In the event that products are returned to us due to customer failing to pick up their package, we charge a €35 euro fee. This covers shipping to and from you, as well as handling and restocking of products.
11. WHAT IF THE ORDER IS LOST IN THE MAIL?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you.
We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check that you got in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.
Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you say you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense. Only outside EU.
